Incorrect billing and changes made to my account

I have a credit card with FNB and up until November last year the minimum amount owed was supposed to be debited from my account however someone at FNB somehow had my account details changed and then entire amount of the credit card went off my cheque account.i didn't have sufficient funds in the cheque account so it left me in the minus impacting on my crystal clear credit history. When I called the call centre who were really very unhelpful. They made it seem as if I was lying and then the very next month I was billed for the minimum amount due as per usual. Currently the credit card is paid up but I get a SMS almost every month stating that I need to pay more money and that I have a balance. This account is really beginning to scare me with amounts that I have no knowledge off. I would appreciate it if someone to investigate this credit card for me if not then I am more than happy to change my bank.
