Replacement Credit Card Pin not working

My Grandmother aged 84 went to the Key West branch to pick up her replacement credit card as her old card expires in May 2013. She then tried to use her card with the new pin that came with the card, it did not work. She then tried her old pin which also did not work. She broke into tears as a trip for a 84 year old to the bank is a big mission. I offered to try and hear what is going on and what we could do to sort out her problem from the bank. At the bank they told me that they could not do anything for her and that she should use the pin that was supplied in the letter. I told them that the pin did not work and they advised me to make a complaint. I expected better service and a better attitude. My grandmother now does not have a functioning credit card that she needs to survive.
