SHOCKING SERVICE - Too many clients now

Ive been a FNB since my 1st ever account... long before Steve even... and Ive always sang their praises, Until my retrenchment this year I was retrenched in May and every month since then ive made arrangement with all my creditor to pay what and when i could. FNB refused to grasp this from all the calls they make to you asking for money and also didnt inform me about my insurance. They still debited the entire installment from my account every month since May ignoring arrangements made... at any day of the month. My ex sent me money to pay the kids school fees. I didnt even blink and FNB took it. I felt violated as that money was needed. during this i was informed to fill out my claim forms and send it with all docs. card division says I can get the form at the bank and the bank say i must get it from card division after the 2nd trip to the bank I demanded they get it from wherever while i wait. Filled everything in around the 7th Nov and submitted, fought with card division sent about 15 emails also eventually they reversed the amount around the 13th... but didnt pay the installment as yet, ive fought cried begged, NO respons.!! Yesterday they debited my account AGAIN!! IM DONE
