Dear all,

please note that i receieved a call from a contact agent this afternoon as i had been attending a meeting i requested her to give me a call back, before ending the call, i enquired the reason for her call and she replied that my debit date would be changed i was taken by surprise with her statement. I asked her why my debit date was changing and explained to her that i only get my salary at the end of the month. she responded rudely and arogantly and very unprofessional. Im truly disgusted by the unruly behavior of Nedbank Contact Center consultants who obviously dont know their job function.

i dont know whether this going to even be followed up.

i will never consider doing business with Nedbank again.
