I've been receiving missed calls from an UNKNOWN number over the past few days and it rather frustrating not knowing who is trying to get a hold of me, finally, I was able to answer an UNKNOWN call this evening and I was greeted by a vibrant Yvonne, I then asked her if they were calling me and she then replied that it was her first call to me. Blatant lie! Surely there is a record of unsuccessful attempts to contact me! I then asked her not to contact me anymore and she stayed still for a few seconds, I then said 'hello' and she RUDELY dropped the call on me... A 'valued' customer of Nedbank! I previously wrote a complaint about another Nedbank consultant and Nedbank should be rather embarrassed to employ staff who tarnish their brand's name. I am quite happy with my bank, just frustrated at your call centre agents who lack telephone etiquette!
