Horrible Service and lack of accountability

I changed my banking details for all my three products with nedbank in December 2012. Two products captured my new debit order details correctly, except for NEDBANK PERSONAL LOANS. When I called I was told that my banking details were incorrect and hence my debit order did not go through. i offered to give the agent the reference number of the call I made earlier to change the details but the agent wouldnt have it. She said the matter was with the collections department and she put me through to the collections.collections department said they do not deal with reference numbers, but they will escalate the matter and call me back. In short its been two weeks and I have never received a call from Nedbank. I have been calling every two days and the contact centre sends me to collections and collection sends me the contact centre and then the matter will be escalated. They said they can offer to double debit my account at the end of the month, but that will negatively affect my credit rating. Again they offered to get someone to call me and solve the matter. I asked them to debit my account but they said they cant, since my new account is with ABSA. I shouldnt pay for someone else mist
