Issues after on account

A month or so ago I was a victim of and they wiped my account clean.
I complained straight away on the day of the via the phone in the early morning and had that card cancelled over the phone. My debit card was later cancelled at the branch. There was an attempt to reverse the process but three days later the merchant was allowed to bank my money that was obtained using means. I had nothing to work with for weeks. I recently got my reimbursement for this case but today a cheque purchase called s# was done on my account for a huge sum of money and some remnants of the ref. 6107692 that was 'sorted' appeared again on the 07/09/13, leaving me with nothing again.

I am very unhappy with what is going on at the moment and I am now financially crippled again - not even able to buy airtime to call them back. I would like this resolved asap.
