I went to Pavilion branch to apply for a loan on 03/09/13 where I submitted everything and i choose which offer I wanted, on the 4th i was phoned to submit a 17.4 form which i submitted on the 5th. i then left 3 messages for the branch manager on the 6th for an update of which she never returned my calls. I then emailed her and she replied later, on the 9th I phoned her for the progress and she said she'll follow up with head office. In the afternoon i received a call which informed me I was declined as my company was going through restructuring and i said they was not the case. I later found out that they phoned our cape town branch (wrong branch) which is going through restructuring, according to what I was told they where phoning my head office but I don't know why they spoke to a plant/branch HR practitioner. I was now requested to submit a later from work which I did on Tuesday and I then phoned the branch manager who promised to phone me back with an update but I was also told that I must come back to re-apply...(waste of time). I just came from the branch with no joy as they manager is off sick and no one can assist me, heavens know when they'll confirm employment again..
