I applied 3 weeks ago for a loan, all was confirmed and approved, my HR has received numerous calls to confirm my employment and I have been checking all the time- nothing yet!!! Then the call centre says theyve gotten nothing from my branch and branch says nothing from head office, my branch was just rude and said I have to resubmit everything (to wait another 3 weeks?) The lady at the branch called my HR manager a and said no one phoned yet she has names??? Very unprofessional and a waste of my time, embarrassing at my office and yet nothing is changed, I am not surpirsed so many complaints - false advertising on how simple loans are and " loans that work for you" You work for loans that dont even happen!!!
