Failure to deliver pincode

This is the second time I have had to replace my Virgin Money credit card and each time my pincode has been changed - and unlike every other credit card company, Virgin do not deliver the pincode with the actual card but promise to 'post' it. It has now been two months, and just like the last time, no pin code has arrived. The last time I had to go and stand at ABSA bank for two hours to get the code which I refuse to do again, so Virgin can keep their card which I have been unable to use for the last two months and close it as it is completely and utterly useless to me! If you want people to use your products make them user friendly!!! No sms service available either - that's another queue at ABSA bank! Closing the card now as it's become nothing more than a bookmark.
