No Support on 1 May on Credit Card call cente

PATHETIC CREDIT CARD SERVICE - The last 2/3 months I am not receiving my statements via email as always did and I need to request it now every time. Yesterday 30 April I logged in to Internet banking - blank page only says you logged in, thought well end of month and normally ABSA/Virgin is a nightmare and not like other banks warning clients of down site on login page just tried logging in again still same error. Phoned credit card call centre guess what sorry we need to sleep as well, hmmmmm so if I have problem to get into Internet site on my card shame not our problem today try again tomorrow. I phoned Standard Master card-guess what they have staff taking calls, phoned Capitec guess again yes they do have staff on 1 MAY to assist you.
This is bad service on a credit card specially with all the corruptions going on in our country. What you are saying if you have a problem on your credit card on a public holiday - TUFF S..T!!! see how we care.
This just made me decide that I shall be closing my account with Virgin money and my advice to other existing and potential clients - STAY AWAY from Virgin Money!
