Virgin Money Credit Card Hassle

I recently obtained my Virgin Money Credit Card, only to be told that I will have to wait for my pin as it was to be posted after I received the credit card.
Its almost 2 weeks now and I have no received anything in the post, I followed up with them and all I got was an email from a Lerato Malefane telling me that they need my personal details so that they could either repost my PIN (if it was posted at all from the beginning) or I physically have to go to an ABSA branch to get my PIN. Why was I not told to go to ABSA in the first letter they sent me with the actual card?

It's so inconvenient, could have been communicated to me earlier and leaves almost no time to do it, as I work 9-5 and the closest ABSA branch to me closes at 3:30PM.

Really not happy with you Virgin Money because regardless of being warned about dealing with you guys, I still went ahead and gave you the benefit of the doubt, but now you are proving everyone right. Whats the point of having this card if getting the PIN will take forever? What should stop me from cancelling everything and just going with another bank?
