I had a virgin credit card which I made arrangements to pay off on a monthly basis by stop order due to financial issues that I had. I have been making payments to settle this credit card for over a year. I cannot obtain a statment from ABSA or Legal Department. I wanted to ensure that they are receiving the payments etc. I have been on the phone most part of the day and STILL NO ACTION. How hard can it be to get a printout? Well with Virgin Legal Department it is impossible...
