Obtaining PIN at ABSA branch

I recently obtained my Virgin Money Credit Card, only to find out that I physically have to go to an ABSA branch to get my PIN. How lame.

It's stupidly inconvenient, could have been communicated to me earlier and leaves almost no time to do it, as our lovely ABSA branches close at 3:30PM.

Really irritated by you right now Virgin Money. Think I'll be cancelling my card within the next few days if obtaining my PIN is a frustrating exercise.
