I had opened my credit card with virgin money, it was approved and they sent though uti couriers to collect the documents. I was told to give all the documents to UTI, so I did.
2 weeks later without any contact I called them and I was told to go to ABSa bank and get my PIN to start operating on the card. I deposited cash into my card, so that i can hire a ca on mY trip... When I went to ABSA, a pin could not be activated, so we called virgin who told me that Oosthuizen has placed a hold on my card because there are documents he/she needs, I arranged for the documents and throughout the day I could not get hold of him to lift the hold. No one in virgin could help as they told me he/she was the only person that can lift the hold.

I am at the airport, stranded, cant hire a car, cant access my money paid into the credit card. Oosthuizen ir virgin dont care. Please guys STAY AWAY from wannabe's.
