No pin

I received a virgin money credit card 3/7/13
And have asked Virginia money call centre to deliver my pin
3 times already
And I am still waiting

And no I don't want to go into ABSA to get a pin, if I had the time to go into a bank
I wouldn't have applied for a card online
Or I would get an ABSA card

This is pathetic service
