No replacement of Credit Card due to Credit Bureau

My Credit Card was swallowed by an ATM last weekend so I reported it to Virgin Money and they said they will re-issue the card and deliver it in 2 weeks. This morning I called them and was told that they couldn't re-issue my card due to the credit bureau report. I know to my knowledge that I only have this account and a Capitec savings account and I had no complaint or calls about any outstanding accounts to date. I have always paid my Virgin Money Credit Card on time and always make sure I pay the full outstanding amount. I would like to have my card back asap please
