Can't use account & they refuse to return money!

We opened a business account with FNB over the internet, they asked for certain forms which where duly furnished. A card was dispatched & we deposited a cheque into said account. Two days later card was stopped & account was frozen. No valid reason can be gotten from FNB. They even coupled the account to my internet banking to taunt me i presume so that they can show me that they are deducting fees from our funds without us being able to access these. They wont even refund us our money so that we can go to another bank. I have had a personal account with FNB since 1983 and this is how I get treated for my loyalty!
