Bad service

Opened an account on the Internet. Received a card after a lot of emails etc. went to branch to activate account and deposit money. Was told card is active. Tried to get onto account via there app, Internet banking but I just get the reply that the card is not active. Went back to branch. They said card is active but I need to go to a different branch to activate Internet banking. Then receive an SMS to say card has been cancelled. Then told a new card can be sent to me so that I can restart the process! I'm tired of being chased around by a bank that promises effortless banking but can't delive
