Banking app limited functionality

I have a personal account with Standard Bank and have been using the banking app on IPhone with great joy. Recently opened a business account with Standard Bank. I have outside investors so cannot link business account with personal Internet banking.

The banking app does not allow you to login with different Internet banking profiles - thus I cannot access my business account through the app. Loading the app on IPad automatically identifies personal account.

Simphiwe Maisela from Bizdirect call centre was very friendly and tried to help, but her advice was to reload the app on a different phone or Sim card? Using the app should be simple and convenient - which that would not be.

Other banks' app can login with different account profiles.

Just a little frustrated.
