FAULTY DEBTS

I opened the personal and business account at FNB Maitland Street branch and after two weeks when I went to withdraw the money I deposited to one of the accounts from the ATM.I could not access my account and via internet banking it displayed that my personal account was frozen and the business one is dormant and I went to the branch to enquire they told me that FNB are the ones who did that as they realised after opening my account that there was a listing under my name on ITC by JD Group, actually I lost my ID and someone opened a account on my name at Russells, so they said I should first resolve that and they will access me the accounts again and on my FNB account there was money I left there and could not access it till this year where I sorted the matter with Russells and went to the branch and was told that am now owing money on the accounts and they handed me over to their attorney, so how can I be responsible for the payments of the accounts that never worked and again the money I left in those accounts is also taken by them. I still want to use those accounts but cant pay that amount because its the who never gave me the chance and access of using them.
