Once Again Poor Service! Wake Up ABSA Trade Route!

I opened a new Money Builder account online which took 1 WEEK to open. The consultant that called me with my account details said I had to go in branch with ID & proof of residence and collect my card. Unfortunately my nearest branch is Trade Route, who I have had an incident with prior to this. I explained and handed Ntombizodwa my proof of res and ID, she tells me that she cannot use my FNB statement as a proof of res, I must go to FNB and ask them for 3 months bank statements. Does she not know what a STATEMENT looks like irrespective of where it is from??? Then she asks me which account does my salary go into? It's a MONEY BUILDER account, what does that have to do with my salary??? She disappears for a while and brings back a lady called, Anthea. Only for Anthea to rectify that Ntombizodwa assumed I am collecting a CREDIT CARD. From the beginning I told Ntombizodwa I opened a MONEY BUILDER account online and I need to collect a card. When Ntombizodwa is finally done, guess what?! They don't have stock of cards, 25 MINUTES wasted! ABSA need to get competent knowledgeable staff at enquiries. Really terrible service once again. Thank goodness they not my primary bank.
