Never had a lone with Blue Financial Services

I've filed a complain against this company early August. I've received a response from there call centre on the 20 August 2013. I was told that the account was handed over for collection to a company called Sanceda. I've contacted the company and I was assisted by a lady called Erika. I was asked to do an affidavit and then fax it to them. I did that and on the 26 August I've received an email from Erika telling me that she handed the account back to Blue and I must contact them. I've been calling them since that day and even sending emails. To date I still haven't received any call or email from blue. Please note that the account that they claim is mine got 2 different ID numbers and there is no sign contract.
I just want my name to be cleared and removed please, but the people at blue couldn't be bothered how they messing up my life.
