Incompetence of staff at Lenasia branch

In October 2013, upon enquirying at Sandton branch, I was told that they can no longer re-route Platinum chq cards, instead I should go to the branch and request it from there.
I was at the Trade Route Mall, Lenasia branch on 18/10/2013, and was assisted by Althea and Ntombizodwa, to re-order a cheque card and a secondary card for a family member (plse note, also a re-order of an expired card!!!).
This matter was supposed to be handled by Ntombizodwa, but was left unattended.
I visited the branch on 25/11/2013, to find that the secondary card has still not be ordered.
On the same day, the branch manager, Bonita got involved to help with the matter. At 5 pm on the same day I received a call that she has taken up the matter and will keep me posted the next day. To date, no further feedback as yet!!!

wht abt Platinum products and services??
still no feedbck from the branch manager Bonita?
Non professionalism of the front line staff?
If crds can be orderd at any branch surely the branch needs to know how to do this??
