I opened a credit card account online and requested the card to be delivered at Trade Route -Lenasia. I went to the bank to collect the card and was assisted by the Consultant called ALTHEA. I then gave her all my documents as requested. Upon issuing me with the card. She picked up on my ID Book only one name shows. When the application was made the system automatically had my previous details as I had a credit card with them before. She refused to give the card and told me she cannot help me, I need to go to home affairs and register my second name. She was very rude, with a bad attitude and never gave options as to how to resolve the problem. If this is the kind of serviice you rendering to your clients. Then she is not worth working for the bank
