Incorrect bank details on NEDBANK'S statement

WHAT A COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT!!! At the back of the Nedbank Personal Loan statement that I receive there is an FNB account. I requested a settlement amount, and my husband made the payment on Thursday the 5th September 2013. I called on the 10th and 11th September 2013 and was told the payment doesn't reflect and that the FNB account is incorrect. Worst part of this is, that we've now been told that we should reverse the payment and redo it to Nedbank's account. I received these details on the 11th September 2013. I have also now been told that the settlement amount must now be requested again, and that it might change. Great! So my husband enquired, according to FNB the account is Nedbank's account! But NO ONE at Nedbank is AWARE of this account!!! So tell me what now??? I have no idea why Nedbank doesn't have Nedbank's account details on their statement???

IS THERE ANYONE AT NEDBANK WHO COULD ASSIST US WITH THIS?
