In November 2012 when 1Time airlines liquidated I filed a dispute claim with Discovery since I had purchased a 1Time ticket with my Dicovery credit card but had not been able to fly.
The original dispute was sent on 7/11/2012. Having had no response for a month or two I called Discovery to find out what was happening. I was told that the claim was being processed.By May 2013 I had still not heard anything so emailed to ask for a status updated (14/05/2013). The response I received to that email blows my mind:
"We were not able to investigate your dispute as the image of dispute form that is distorted. Kindly resend us a copy of the completed dispute form."
How could it possibly take 6 months for them to notify my that they couldn't read the form. I checked the original email with the scanned form and though it is a little faint it can certainly be read without any difficulty.
I re-scanned the original form and sent it again and got confirmation that it was fine (28/05/2013). By mid July I had not had any more feedback so emailed to get a status update to which I have never gotten a response.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable! I should get interest on my claim!
