Nedbank deducted an unauthorized amount from my account in August of which they responded as per below. Refund received. I was horrified to see the same thing occurred in September. I called collections and was promised a refund within 24 hours. To date no refund.
Correspondence sent to Nedbank based on previous response :

"As such we confirm that the bank views this matter in an extremely serious light and we will ensure that the appropriate internal steps are taken to ensure that this type of incident does not happen again."
Once more a payment was deducted of R1290.00 (9/09/2013) after arrangement payment was made. I called and was advised it would be refunded within 24 hours.
To date nothing.
