I would like to express my disappointment on the service i have received from MFC. Firstly i have called several times to change my email address and to change how i receive my statements. Only today when i called in was advised it has not been changed and the email address they had on the system was still incorrect.

My debit date is on the 27th of each month. On the 27th of august i was debit then MFC credited my account with the amount of the instalment. I never received any sms or a call from MFC to advise on the re credit or unsuccessful debit. I called my bank and they confirm that on Both days the 27th and the 28th there was sufficient funds on my account for the debit order to go through.

When i called in to MFC this morning i was surprise to be advised that my account is in arrears, the consulted i spoke could not explain to me what went wrong. instead i was given a number to call the Team leader or Jacqueline to follow up with them.

I'm very disappointed on the service as this will have great implications on my credit record. I must say dealing with mfc has been a very unpleasant experience.
