Nedbank Personal loans - shocking service!

Good day,

I would like to lay a complaint regarding the level of service I have received from your Nedbank
My personal loan account number is 81613430752 01130228 and my monthly instalment did not go off my account in Feb 2013 and I received a call on the 7th of March from your collections department to make payment arrangements which I did which was to deduct an amount of R428.11 for a period of 4 months to get Feb instalment up to date and to allow my usual instalment of R1712.45 to be deducted as per normal along with the R428.11

On the 22nd March I noticed that a double instalment of R1712.45 was deducted for the month of March and the arrangement amount of R428.11. i spoke to Charlene Buys who said she will reverse the R1712.45 latest Monday 25/03. the refund was not done and when i enquired i was told on the R428 will be refunded and not the R1712.45. payment arrangements have been ignored and i have been told nothing else can be done. Charlene supervisor Clayton Plaatjie has refused to take my call onm 2 occasions today (been over 5 hours since i left message) why make payment arrangemengts to get account up to date if they going to be ignored.
