To Whom It May Concern. I am writing this note to express the way i have been treated by your staff. I called your call centre on this 0841570007 and spoke to a lady who i forgot her name asking her to do a double debit to my account but this wasn't done. why i don't know?? I them called your call centre again asking them to change a debit date from the 27th but it was changed to the 21st. I never knew that 25 and 21 sound or look the same. Anyway i called again and asked to speak to the team leader so that he can try resolve this debit date. He confirmed that his going to get back to me with feedback stating that it was done. Up to today i haven't received an answer from him. I had to call again to confirm the outcome of my request because the bank had told me they cannot open any accounts for me due to debit orders being returned. Was very shocked for days because i asked Jonathan to look into this but he never bothered to do so. To my surprise he tells me i have outstanding amount with them. I asked him to send me statements of these but he said he can't. Why don't you people want to send me statements so that i can see what i have to pay you I am taking this to the Radios & news
