Good day, im seriously not happy about your service, your call centre phone number no one ever answres the one, secondly i bought a car in April i was told dat my 1st instalment will be end of June, bt i told the lady who was helping that i want you guys (MFC) to debit on the 27th of each month of which what i know is my 1st instalment is on the 27th of June, the contract that i have clearly says that my instalment will go on the 27th, nw im suprised im getting messages saying that my account is in arrears, i went to nedbank branch so that someone can help me, they called the vehicle finance department and i was told that everything is fine my 1st debit order will go on the 27th of June, i would really appreciate it if someone can just call me and explain to me whats going on.and do something with your call centre line its very bad
