Last year in November I took a home content cover with auto and general and a cell phone insurance, after I lost my cell and my bag, I contacted them to notify them of my loss and did not take long before I was compensated like they promise me when I took the cover. Last weekend we were away and upon our return we learned that we had a power failure and food in the fridge was spoiled, yesterday I called Auto & General to notify then and once again they kept part of the promise that they'll be with me anytime I need them and this is a proof enough for me, no trail of calls before you get what you paying for. I would really recommend to anyone who enjoys service and piece of mind to challenge Auto and General, they what they say they are.
This is just to say thank you for being there for me when I needed you the most, I can assure that we'll have a long lasting relationship because of the quality service you giving and for standing up to your promise.
