Nedbank Greenbacks is a very fiddly and time-consuming system, and I wonder why they would even have such a completely unnecessary and un-user-friendly system. I have never been able to make it work, the website is slow and unresponsive, the choice of rewards is poor in the average price range, one would have to swipe too many times to achieve the decent rewards. I called the helpline today to get all my accounts linked, but I need to have American Express cards linked to my current accounts, to make me eligible! TWO cards on one account?? Come on Nedbank!! It's a crazy system, I don't have the time or energy for this, why do you make it so difficult?? I have been paying for Greenbacks all these years, and never, ever, been successful in making it work! I will be de-registering from this senseless and ridiculous system - sorry Nedbank! P.S. - the only reason I am using the Hello Peter platform is because I tried several times to give feedback on your website, only to be bombed too many times!
