Debit Order Mess

I am disappointed at Capitec's Greedy approach. Few months back 1 of my suppliers debited double the amount they were supposed to. I went to reverse the debit order and i was informed to ask for a letter from my supplier acknowledging the mistake. My supplier doesn't issue such a letter, i had to make calls and even got the supplier to call the bank but those people are just tellers and couldn't do anything. The bank is there to look after my best interests. I had to wait for a refund from the supplier which took 3 days while i needed the money, i also spend money on calls as well as petrol. if i have a query with a supplier for incorrect billing and i now have to suffer the suppliers debit orders which leaves me without money and all these is caused by a bank that's supposed to look after my money. i am not willing to accept that. If i have to wait for a suppliers confirmation while im suffering then i am prepared to leave and go to a different bank. Its either that or i get allocated a new banking details. I pay my debts but i cannot allow people to take my money cause by their incompetence mainly because im scared it will affect my credit score if i reverse it. That i wont.
