Reverse debit orde

While under debt review last year I went on maternity leave. I did not receive a salary while on maternity leave and therefore could not pay my debit order. My debit order was cancelled and I had to make new arrangements with my debtors. Without reaching an agreement, my debtors took money from my bank account in February and March without my permission. Obviously I went to my bank to reverse these payments but was told I must get a letter from my debtors. I called my debtors and they refused to give me a letter and said they will deduct the money until an agreement is made. Now I've lost almost R5000 in the past two months and don't know what to do. I have two children that I need to support and can't afford to lose that amount of money because my bank can't protect me as their client. I've check with all the other banks and they all reverse debit orders because their clients instruct them to but just not my bank. I'm just so dissappointed with Capitec at the moment. I've banked with them for more than five years now and this is the type of service I receive.
