Bank forces overdraft and dept onto its clients!!

I had a prestigious account at FNB.
i made very sure there was never an overdraft facility on my account as i did not want debt.
the bank has allowed a service provider to remove money from my account that had a zero balance.
the bank has also charged me for their allowing of money to be removed from an account that had a zero balance and zero over draft.

i am now in debt to the bank for the amount of R 1750. they cant help me. it is not their problem.
the bank manager at Rivoinia says to me this is a common problem. i am sure it is.the supplier wont stop his debit order and i cant reverse the money without a letter of consent from the supplier. fat joke!!!
