I am sick and tired of capitec

I am seriously disturbed and disgusted by the service we receiving from capitec, I requested capitec to stop a debit order which is not authorised, i was told that it will be stopped in January and by then they reversed it, they same company debited in february and march and i was told that i need to provide a letter before they can stop and reverse. The letter i been trying to get till this day with no luck and the company is not willing to refund me. Now they have debited R 2000.00 still and they not answering their calls. I mean its my flippen bank account and my flippen money, i dont really need to be pushed around for things to be done, when they sell the product they paint the picture of capitec being a no "hussle banking" while its not. if people are reversing/ stopping debit orders which are meant to go through, that has nothing to do with capitec, its between the service provider and the client and i dont know why people like me have to suffer as well. I regret moving my bank from FNB.
