DEDUCTING MONIES WITHOUT AUTHORISATION

We have a debit order going of our account on a monthly basis. We queried the amount with Maxicare (AB13220) who advised us that it was insurance for a stove and two fridges, since 2004!! My husband never took out any insurance with Maxicare and now they are not coming back to us. They however did advise me that same was done through ABSA Telesales. ABSA had our bank details and started deducting money from my husband's account without his authorisation. I am not letting this go, we want the monies that was deducted from the account refunded. Maxicare and ABSA better decide who is taking responsibility for this. I will take this to the relevant ombudsman!!!
