I claimed from my insurance provider, Maxicare (2013-06-18). Maxicare sent a repair centre to collect my television (2013-06-22). On 2013-08-01, a month and 8 days later, I receive a call from MnS Services informing me that my television will not be fixed by my insurance provider and if I am not willing to pay for the repairs myself, I must pay a cancellation fee of R250-00 to get my still broken television set back.
To date Maxicare has yet failed to contact me themselves, their loyal client for many years.
I have written two emails, after my calls to them, and got absolutely no response from the Innovation Group (Maxicare)
