Incompetance and poor communication

A few days ago my husband received a call from Absa insurance department, according to them they had done a check on their systems on insurance on our vehicle, and found we have no insurance, my husband then explained to them that we have had the vehicle for two years now and we DO have insurance for it, how else would we be able to get finance for it. They insisted on a confirmation letter to prove our insurance. We sent one the very same day. They didn't reply. My husband then called them to say we sent the proof and if they deduct money off account he will upset. We left it there today we noticed the money has gone off via debit order!!! Who is so arrogant to authorise this and just decide to make choices for us without first consulting us? My husband then went to the bank and now we have to wait day's to get our money back. I'm absolutely shocked! Who do they think they are. PS; their insurance ain't the cheapest i hope a lot off people read this and see what Absa is about
