About 7 weeks ago I contacted Maxicare about my washing machine that leaked water. Same problem as last year. They said that MNS will be contacting me withing 48 hours. I phoned Maxicare a week later and heard same story MNS will be contacting me immediately. A week later (week 3) I phoned Maxicare again and same answer. 2 days later MNS contacted me to say that they are waiting for approval from Maxicare since the second week about the transport of the machine. Week 4 I phoned Maxicare again and they said that they will contact MNS. 3 Days later (Wednesday) MNS came to look at the machine and took it with them. MNS promised to give me feedback by the friday. Well no news from them. I phoned MNS the following Friday (26 July) to ask what the outcome was. They said that they were waiting for Maxicare to give the go-ahead as the part were priced over R2000. I immediately phoned Maxicare (Ayeez) and tried to speak to him. NO such luck. I asked them to let him contact me and am still waiting for this to happen. REALLY - no washing machine for 7 weeks! I expect more as I have been a client for many years!
