Not Impressed with Momentum.
Submitted my withdrawel form last month before i left my previous employer.
Just had to resubmit my withdrawel forms as it was not captured correctly.
This is overdue and no apologies or speedy service is being offered.
Poor very poor communication.
I received an email saying that the payment is being processed and the following day i receive an email asking me to submit my forms before my withdrawel can be processed.
UUURRRGGHHH.
Cant wait to get this over.
