My name is Penelope Mathebula. i am an FNB client and on the 19/12/2012 i ordered a Blackberry phone from FNB sales. it was delivered on teh 07/1/2013 order number 121220428. two days later i realised there was something faulty on it. it was then collected on the 11/01/2013. i followed up on the 16/01/13 to find out what is the update, i was told that it is with cell c booked for inspection and i will be informed of the out come if they are fixing or replacing within two weeks. today is the 25/01/13 i still donot have any updates, no cellphone and the first debit order for the contract and delivery is going through! what am i expected to do in this case?
