To obtain archieved documents to confirm payment

Early in the morning of the 9th January, I phoned your call centre to request documents to indicate that this account was settled in 2009.
The assistant told me that I am allowed to this by e-mail. I must submit registration docs and a copy of my ID. I did this at 10.27am.
Late on the 10th (Practically two working days later) a quite rude lady called me and said that I must sign the e-mail. After I told her that is impossible to "sign" an e-mail, she said that I must scan a letter and e-mail that. I asked to talk to her supervisor, but was told the person was "engaged" and would call me back. This, of course, did not happen.
I scanned a letter, e-mailed it and requested a receipt report early on the 11th and received the report indicating the read details as 11 January 2013 09:13:36.
This morning, on the 14th, at 05.40? I received a SMS requesting these documents again.
After 5 working days I have received zilch, am highly frustrated and the registration lapse on the 18th.
