I Called the direct sales callcentre sometime three weeks ago and spoke to one of their sales agent by the name of Angelo. I was applying for a second line with them as I already have an existing contract with them, which the Agent confirmed with that I qualify for one and went through with the procedure to apply for one and confirmed with me that the phone will be delivered within 5 to 7 Working days. I gave him my recent contact details so that when they deliver the phone, they can contact me. I phoned on the last working day of delivery, only to find out that it has not yet been ordered to be delivered and Angelo came to the phone as I initially spoke to different agent and promised that i will receive on within 2 working days. I called two days later, the order was still not yet been placed for delivery and another promise was made. I called again three days later and the agent I spoke to confirmed that the cellphone was out for delivery. Three days later, no phone was been delivered and i decided to call them again, only to find out that Agelo gave the Couriers my old cellphone number which i no longer use. Now the phone i wanted is out of stock, someone is not doing his JOB.
