My car was involved in an accident on the 31st of August - hit by the taxi at the back. I phoned Budget on the 6th to log a claim and was assisted by Darren. He took the basic details of what happened, booked the car in for assessment and took the details of my partner (he was driving the car at the time of the incident). Half way through he advised me that their system is not working so he will phone me back to complete the process and he will phone my partner as well to get the details of what happened. We exchanged contacts, i gave him my work land line number and cellphone number and he gave me his direct line. He never phoned back. On the 09/09/13 I phoned the land-line number he gave me to confirm if I can go ahead and take the car in for assessment but it just rang and there was no answer. I left messages for him to phone me back but still nothing. As a result i ended up not taking the car in for assessment as i couldnt just show up without confirmation. Can Darren / or someone else please phone me back.
