On monday 3 june 2013 is was on my way to work when I had an accident. I phoned budget towline and they had my car towed to their approved repair agents. On monday I phoned to put in the claim and their swichboard operator answered the phone and told me all their operators are busy and she left my details for them to phone me back. A few hours went by and nobody phoned me so I phoned again. The same lady answered the phone and she had an attitude and said didn't I tell u someone will phone back on the same day. Nobody phoned me. Tuesday morning before I could go to the hospital for x rays I tried to phone again to put in the claim that is when I got hold of a lady by the name of Cindy. She helped me do my claim but when she was done with the claim she told me sorry we will not repair the car because I only had 3rd party policy. She explained what this is, I was shocked. Then she told me she needs to listen to the voice recordings when I took out my policy and listen to what I took. She said if they were wrong and never explain nicely to me then will have to repair my car. I phoned her several times and she told me they still waiting for them to retrieve it. Please help me.
