Excess Payment no follow up or service

In August my car was rear-ended, due to the fault of the other driver.
We exchanged details, and I took the driver's contact id number and registration number. This was all reported to Dial Direct, the police station.

On the 8th of August, Darren February requested further information. I supplied Darren with the drivers telephone number, id number and said he was with outsurance.

My car has now gone to the panelbeaters as per the insurance. I followed up with Dial Direct to see the status of my claim and was told by Myron that he was unable to get hold of the gent who drove into my car. I questioned why he did not contact outsurance, and he said he didn't know that the drive had insurance... this after I sent the email to Darren with the id number and driver's insurance details.

On the 03 December, Myron said my account would now be handed over to the insurance manager who will then allocate this to another consultant.

Today, after I had to follow up. Myron said that this hasn't been done yet because the manager, Nhlanlha, has been on leave.

So nothing has been done to retrieve my claim... shocking service, no feedback and no follow up for a simple bumper bashing.
