A client of budget drove into my still standing vehicle on 20August 2013.so I contact budget as the person who drove into me gave me the details.budget arrange an assessment for me at Century City on 26august 2013 they sed they will contact me in 3days time after assessment they never did as I did use my air tym n struggle get to their Legal Department an I keep on speaking to different consultants they promise me to call me back n never did.i receive a letter of budget a Limit Release form stating hw much they gona pay me out but no one explain me nothing an my car need to get fix as I'm using my car to work..I'm highly disappointed in the poor service of budget
